Understand how your people judge and act on risk

Fifty scored statements on a seven-point scale produce a multi-axis risk profile, domain-by-domain patterns, and a plain-language report. All activity is audit logged.

The nine Risk Avatars

What the Risk Personality Test is designed to do

The Risk Personality Test uses your personal responses, built around five key pillars of security (Security Governance, Information Security, Counter Intelligence, Physical Security and Personnel Security), to build a tailored profile of how you approach security risk, uncertainty and business trade-offs.

Once complete, you’ll be allocated a Risk Avatar: a clear, memorable profile type that reflects your natural decision-making style. Your results will highlight the balance between areas such as risk appetite, operational priorities, decision autonomy and the evidence you rely on when making decisions.

What You Will Gain

  • A personalised Risk Avatar based on your own responses
  • Greater awareness of your decision-making strengths and preferences
  • Insight into potential blind spots or situations that may require a different approach
  • A practical basis for more confident, balanced risk decisions
  • A shared language for better conversations with colleagues, security teams and business leaders

The aim is not to label or judge your approach to risk. It is to provide useful insight that helps individuals and teams make more consistent, informed and resilient decisions.
